Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can always request a refund, no problem.
After we receive the product and we inspect it to make sure everything is in good condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 14 days approximately—depending on your bank.
You can submit refund requests within 365 natural days after your purchase. Some products may have a 2-year money-back guarantee. Refer to the product's page for more information.

Exchanges
If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing—sometimes during holidays, we may have some sweaters, t-shirts, and socks for sale—or a different product colorway. You must contact us first, and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so—for organization purposes.
What happens with the product when it is returned to you?
All returned products are decomposed and ethically recycled or donated to a cat in need.
